The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff on the night shift were professional. The location was quiet and comfy, adjacent to the event center and perfect for a wedding.

This place won me over as my top spot to crash. Everything was A-OK, especially the friendly folks working the late-night shift. the breakfast grub they served up was tasty! 🌟

The location of the hotel was unbeatable, close to the Heartland Acres museum, Independence, conference center, and ballpark. The rooms were well-appointed, brand-new, and had a great view. Everything was perfectly fine during my stay.

The hotel's location was perfect, right next to downtown Independence, Iowa, and the conference center. Our room was beautifully decorated, functional, and equipped with a king bed, kitchenette, and sleeper sofa. The service we received was excellent.

Great place to stay for a trip to Independence. Peaceful hotel with incredibly beautiful views of the lake in an unbeatable location. Location close enough to Independence for a wedding, restaurants and the conference center. Also, close enough to downtown. Well-appointed and a nice size rooms, comfortable bed. Genuinely helpful staff throughout.
